NEW DELHI — Infrastructure and real estate developer Globus Constructors & Developers Limited has restructured its board with the appointment of investment banking veteran Devesh Bhargava as a Non-Executive Independent Director, following the resignation of Thamattoor Prabhakaran Nair from the role.
An IIT Roorkee and IIM Bangalore alumnus, Bhargava is currently associated with turnaround management firm DBR Credit Capital. He brings deep experience in corporate restructuring and distressed assets, having formerly served as Managing Director and Head of Fixed Income/SSG India at Lehman Brothers, alongside senior leadership stints at Bank of America and ING.
