The Dhoot Transmission Group, a major player in the auto component industry, has announced the appointment of Naveen Kumar as its new Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO). He will report directly to Founder and Managing Director, Rahul Dhoot.
Naveen Kumar brings over three decades of senior leadership experience across the automotive, manufacturing, and technology sectors. He has a strong track record of spearheading major organizational transformations and establishing global partnerships, notably during his time as Group CEO of Napino Auto & Electronics, where he successfully scaled revenues and created strategic joint ventures with global majors like Continental AG and ZF TRW.
Rahul Dhoot commented that Kumar’s “vision for innovation, and proven ability to deliver sustainable growth make him the ideal choice to lead Dhoot Transmission into its next chapter.”
