Mrs Vimi Sinha has resigned from the position of Non-Executive Independent Director of Tasty Dairy Specialities Limited, with her resignation effective from November 21, 2025, due to her pre-occupation with other personal and professional commitments which restrict her ability to devote sufficient time to the company.
