Ms. Nazhat J. Shaikh, the current Director (Finance) of Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCF), has been entrusted with the additional charge of Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of the company; this interim arrangement is effective from January 1, 2026, for a period of six months or until a regular CMD is appointed, whichever is earlier, following the end of the previous incumbent’s tenure.
