Mr. Arvind Kumar, currently serving as General Manager (GM) at Oriental Insurance Company Limited (OICL), has been selected by the Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) for the critical post of Director (Finance) of National Fertilizers Limited (NFL) (a Navratna public sector undertaking); the selection was finalized during a PESB meeting held on December 6, 2025, following interviews with five candidates for the position.
