Mr. Ajai Kumar Shukla (an industry veteran with extensive experience in banking, finance, and credit), has been appointed by the Board of Directors of PNB Housing Finance Limited (a key non-banking financial company specializing in housing loans) as its new Managing Director (MD) & Chief Executive Officer (CEO); his appointment is effective December 11, 2025, for a term of three years, subject to the approval of the company’s shareholders and the regulatory clearance from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
