Force Motors Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Nitin Nandkishor Kareer, a distinguished former IAS officer (1988 batch) and former Chief Secretary of Maharashtra, as an Additional Director in the capacity of Non-Executive Independent Director. The appointment, approved by the board on December 19, 2025, is for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Kareer joins the board alongside retired diplomat Gautam Hemant Bambawale, as part of a strategic push to strengthen the company’s corporate governance with veteran administrative and policy expertise.
