Yuvraj Goenka Appointed to Rolta India’s Interim Board Following NCLT Approval

As part of a massive corporate restructuring, the Monitoring Committee of Rolta India Limited has appointed Mr. Yuvraj Goenka as an Additional Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, effective December 20, 2025. This appointment follows the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) approval of the resolution plan submitted by Ashdan Properties Private Limited. Mr. Goenka, along with two other new appointees, will form an Interim Board to manage the company’s affairs until the final “Transfer Date.” Concurrently, the company announced the cessation of long-time promoter Kamal Krishan Singh as Managing Director.
