The appointment was approved by shareholders through a postal ballot on December 20, 2025, confirming her five-year term which technically commenced as an Additional Director on September 23, 2025. Ms. Ramakrishnan, a seasoned professional with nearly 30 years of industrial experience, succeeds Mr. Laxman Rudabhai Ajagiya, who recently completed his 10-year tenure on the board.
