Former Essen Speciality CEO Lakshmi Ramakrishnan Appointed as Independent Director of Rajoo Engineers

Rajoo Engineers Limited, a major player in the plastic extrusion machinery sector, has formally appointed Ms. Lakshmi Ramakrishnan as a Non-Executive Independent Director. The appointment was approved by shareholders through a postal ballot on December 20, 2025, confirming her five-year term which technically commenced as an Additional Director on September 23, 2025. Ms. Ramakrishnan, a seasoned professional with nearly 30 years of industrial experience, succeeds Mr. Laxman Rudabhai Ajagiya, who recently completed his 10-year tenure on the board.
