Rajasthan Tube Manufacturing Appoints Mahendra Soni as Independent Director

​Rajasthan Tube Manufacturing Company Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Mahendra Soni as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Independent Director. The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors on Thursday, December 25, 2025, based on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. His induction is intended to strengthen the board’s oversight and comply with the corporate governance requirements under the Companies Act, 2013. His term is subject to regularisation/approval by the shareholders at the next General Meeting.
