Saleem Ahmad Assumes Office as Chairman and Managing Director of Rail Vikas Nigam Limited

Mr. Saleem Ahmad, a seasoned veteran of the Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE), has officially assumed charge as the Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL). His appointment, approved by the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC), follows a distinguished career within the Indian Railways and recent leadership roles as Director (Projects) at RVNL. Mr. Ahmad succeeds the outgoing leadership at a time when the Navratna PSU is expanding its footprint into international markets and diversifying into non-railway infrastructure sectors.
