Jyotirgamya Enterprises Limited has informed the stock exchanges that Mr. Arun Shantaram Karangutkar has resigned from his position as Whole Time Director of the company. The resignation was formally accepted by the Board of Directors during their meeting on December 26, 2025. Mr. Karangutkar cited personal reasons and other professional commitments for his departure.
