The Board of Directors of Bandhan Bank Limited has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Ratan Kumar Kesh as an Executive Director of the bank. Following a board meeting on December 26, 2025, his leadership role has been extended for a further period of three years, effective from March 31, 2026. This re-appointment, which has already received the necessary approval from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), ensures continuity in the bank’s top management as it navigates a critical phase of digital transformation and portfolio diversification.
