Ekansh Concepts Limited has announced that Mr. Sundarlal Bagaria has ceased to be an Independent Director of the company, effective from the close of business hours on December 28, 2025. His departure follows the successful completion of his second and final consecutive term as an Independent Director, as mandated by the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. The company placed on record its sincere appreciation for the strategic guidance and leadership provided by Mr. Bagaria during his decade-long association with the board.
