Federal-Mogul Goetze (India) Limited, a leading manufacturer of automotive components, has announced the appointment of Mr. Varun Dua as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Non-Independent). The appointment is set to take effect from January 12, 2026. Mr. Dua joins the Board at a time when the company is focusing on navigating the evolving automotive landscape and strengthening its strategic leadership. As an Additional Director, his tenure will be subject to regularization by shareholders at the next General Meeting.
