MUMBAI — Aerpace Industries Limited has inducted retired IAS officer and former Union Defence Secretary Giridhar Aramane onto its board as an Additional Non-Executive Director.
The board change coincides with the resignation of Milan Bhupendra Shah, who has stepped down from his position as Non-Executive Director.
