NEW DELHI — Hemisphere Properties India Limited (HPIL) has inducted Amit Kumar Agarwal onto its Board of Directors as an Independent Director. The appointment comes via notification from the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA), Government of India, for a term of three years effective August 27, 2026.
Agarwal is a postgraduate in Accountancy and Statistics with over 30 years of entrepreneurial, management, and commercial operations experience.
