CHENNAI — In a regulatory filing submitted to the stock exchanges, logistics major TVS Supply Chain Solutions Limited has announced the resignation of Mr. Anand Kumar from its Board of Directors.
Mr. Kumar, who served as a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director, has officially stepped down from his governance role at the company.
