NEW DELHI — Leading architectural hardware and glass fittings manufacturer Hardwyn India Limited has inducted Eakam Sayal as an Additional Non-Executive Non-Independent Director.
The appointment, approved by the Board of Directors upon the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, took effect on August 29, 2026.
