MUMBAI — In a major corporate governance restructure at the board level, Arun Agarwal has been officially redesignated as the Managing Director of Kisan Mouldings Limited.
Prior to this executive elevation, Mr. Agarwal served the company in a non-operational capacity as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director.
