NEW DELHI — In a move designed to strengthen its corporate governance and strategic oversight, the board of directors of Awfis Space Solutions Limited has approved the appointment of Abhishek Poddar.
Poddar joins the board as an Additional Director, designated to serve as a Non-Executive Independent Director, effective tomorrow, July 1, 2026.
