Strategic Operational Mandate
In his elevated role as Vice President of Policy Owner Services, Mehra will take on expanded oversight of the company’s post-issuance customer lifecycles.
His division will be directly responsible for streamlining policy servicing turn-around times (TAT), enhancing digital self-service channels for policyholders, managing claims and surrender operations, and enforcing strict quality benchmarks to optimize customer retention and satisfaction across the company’s pan-India insurance portfolio.
