MUMBAI — Asian Star Company Limited has formally accepted the resignation of Bijayanand Pattanayak from his position as Non-Executive Independent Director, effective at the close of business hours on September 8, 2026.
The corporate exit, disclosed to stock exchanges under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, also terminates his membership on the board’s Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
