NEW DELHI: Marking a strategic reinforcement of its boardroom oversight, architectural hardware major Hardwyn India Limited has officially inducted veteran corporate professional Yogesh Garg onto its Board of Directors. Garg joins the company as an Additional Director in the capacity of an Independent Director for a fixed tenure of five years, effective from June 5, 2026.
