HYDERABAD — State-run defence manufacturer Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL) has strengthened its corporate governance structure with the induction of three Part-Time Non-Official Directors (Independent Directors) to its board.
The new inductees — Ankush Munjal, Vandana Agarwal, and Pankaj Joshi — join the guided missile manufacturer following formal approval from the Ministry of Defence, addressing crucial board-level vacancies.
