MUMBAI — Defence Ministry-under-taking Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Limited (MDL) has announced the appointment of K.M. Ravi Kumar to its Board of Directors in the capacity of Non-Official (Independent) Director.
The addition brings high-level technical oversight to the state-owned naval shipbuilder’s strategic governance framework.
