NEW DELHI — In a key top-level bureaucratic appointment, senior Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer Dilip Kumar has been named Secretary, Department of Land Resources under the Ministry of Rural Development.
Kumar, a 1995-batch IAS officer of the Punjab cadre, was previously serving as the Director General (Training) in the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship.
