DoT Transfers Three ITS Officers: Manoj Kumar Pandey Posted as Director at HQ

The Department of Telecommunications (DoT) has transferred three officers of the Indian Telecommunications Service (ITS).
The new postings are:
Manoj Kumar Pandey has been posted at the Headquarters (HQ) as Director.
Tushar Rastogi will join the Digital Bharat Nidhi.
Dhrupad Gupta will also join the Digital Bharat Nidhi.
