MUMBAI — Financial services provider DSP Asset Managers Private Limited (DSPAM) has appointed Komal Narang as its new Head of Distribution. Narang succeeds Usha Nair, who is retiring from the organization.
In her new capacity, Narang will lead DSPAM’s national distribution strategy, expanding partner networks and widening investor access to the firm’s investment portfolio. She moves to DSPAM from JioBlackRock Mutual Fund, where she previously served as Chief Client Officer directing sales, marketing, and digital initiatives.

Working alongside Managing Director & CEO Kalpen Parekh, her mandate focuses on executing DSPAM’s “Distributor Success Framework”—offering growth marketing models to independent financial advisors and institutional partners to deepen market penetration across urban and regional Indian markets.
