MUMBAI — Boardroom restructuring at Geetanjali Credit and Capital Limited has seen Shreedhar Vasant Godbole step into a dual executive capacity as Managing Director (MD) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
The leadership transition coincides with the resignation of Avinash Verma, who has stepped down from his position as Additional Executive Director of the company.
