FMCG giant Gillette India Limited has announced the appointment of Robin Thadathil as an Additional (Executive) Director on its Board of Directors, effective August 1, 2026.
The board approved the appointment during its meeting on July 30, 2026, as per an official regulatory filing. Thadathil will hold the position until the company’s upcoming 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM).
With over 16 years of global human resources leadership experience within Procter & Gamble (P&G), Thadathil has driven talent strategy across key markets in Singapore, the United States, and Southeast Asia. Most recently, he led HR operations across Malaysia, Singapore, and Vietnam, managed regional HR for the Olay brand, and served as the Singapore Site HR Leader for P&G’s Asia-Pacific headquarters.
