MUMBAI — Harshavardhan Sinha has stepped down from his position as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of GP Petroleums Limited, with his resignation taking effect on September 19, 2026.
The lubricants manufacturer disclosed the departure to stock exchanges in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements.
