PARIS — Global communications network Havas has announced the appointment of Raphaël de Andréis as its new Chief Strategy Officer.
De Andréis will take on this global strategic mandate in addition to his current operational responsibilities as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Havas Western Europe.
Global Mandate and Integrated Governance
In his expanded capacity, de Andréis will report directly to Yannick Bolloré, Chairman and CEO of Havas. He is tasked with unifying the strategic trajectories of the network’s core divisions:
-
Cross-Network Collaboration: He will work in close coordination with leadership teams across Havas’ Creative, Media, Health, and Content at Scale networks to accelerate cross-disciplinary alignment.
-
Converged.AI Integration: De Andréis will lead the deployment of the Group’s proprietary operating system, Converged.AI, aiming to integrate data, technology, and execution into a singular, future-ready client delivery model.
-
Brand Roadmap Optimization: The role is engineered to drive global strategy, guide the brand portfolio roadmap, and strengthen operational synchronization across the network’s signature Havas Villages.
Strategic Significance
The executive appointment aligns with Havas’ overarching “Growth, Powered by Desire” positioning. As clients navigate structural market changes, de Andréis’ dual portfolio is designed to reinforce strategic consistency and support a more efficient, technology-backed delivery model.
Yannick Bolloré noted that de Andréis’ cross-disciplinary perspective and international experience will be instrumental in blending technology, media, and creative storytelling to maximize measurable business impact for global brands.
