NEW DELHI — Kalpa Commercial Limited has announced a key addition to its corporate governance framework with the appointment of veteran insurance executive Shruti Sethi as an Additional Director, serving in a Non-Executive Independent capacity.
Sethi, who leads human capital strategy as Executive Vice President of Human Resources at HDFC ERGO General Insurance, brings decades of organizational leadership to the role. She also serves on the board of Awaana Health Private Limited, bringing a blend of health, insurance, and corporate management expertise to Kalpa Commercial’s executive board.
