-
Hilton Honors Scaling: Over-saw the expansion of Hilton’s loyalty program, growing it from 25 million members when he assumed leadership to more than 250 million members globally.
-
Luxury Portfolio Oversight: Directed the strategic management and global expansion of Hilton’s luxury footprint, including high-end brands like Waldorf Astoria and Conrad Hotels & Resorts.
-
Strategic Partnerships: Expanded Hilton’s brand integrations through major co-branded partnerships with American Express, McLaren Racing (F1), AutoCamp, and Explora Journeys.
Transition & Next Steps
In his farewell note, Weinstein affirmed his ongoing connection to the brand as a Diamond Reserve Hilton Honors member, noting that his first stop following his exit would be checking into a Hilton property as he transitions to his new role.
Hilton has not yet named an interim or permanent successor for the CMO and Head of Luxury Brands position.
