Vijay Kumar Singh, a 1995-batch ICAS officer serving at the HAG Level (Level 16), has been appointed as the Principal Chief Controller of Accounts. He will be posted in New Delhi, overseeing the accounts for the Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways (PSW) and the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (RTH).
