IKIO Technologies Limited has formally inducted Ms. Madhu Pandit into its Board of Directors as a Non-Executive Woman Independent Director.
Her appointment was ratified by the company’s shareholders at its 10th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on July 30, 2026. Initially appointed as an Additional Independent Director effective May 2, 2026, Ms. Pandit’s tenure as Independent Director will run for a five-year term extending through May 1, 2031. The strategic addition enhances board diversity and strengthens independent oversight in compliance with SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR) and the Companies Act, 2013.
