NEW DELHI — In a key mid-level supervisory placement, Kerala-cadre Indian Police Service (IPS) officer Kiran Narayanan has been appointed as Superintendent of Police (SP) in the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on central deputation.
The official assignment is sanctioned for a period of five years, augmenting the central bureau’s executive investigation capacity.
