NEW DELHI — In a major internal posting, senior Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE) officer Satya Prakash Singh has been assigned as the Chief Electrical Loco Engineer (CELE) for Northern Railway (NR).
Singh, who was currently serving within Northern Railway, steps into the key technical post to lead electric locomotive management, fleet reliability, and traction power infrastructure across the northern network.
