MUMBAI: In an official corporate governance shift, leading pharmaceutical manufacturer Kwality Pharmaceuticals Limited has announced a major update to its Board of Directors. The pharmaceutical company has formally inducted corporate legal specialist Mr. Swanith Kapoor as an Additional Director, designating him under the Non-Executive, Independent category.
