MUMBAI — In a leadership restructuring, the Board of Directors of Laxmi Organic Industries Limited has elevated Harshvardhan Goenka, currently serving as Executive Director, to the position of Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer.
Goenka succeeds outgoing MD & CEO Dr. Rajan Venkatesh, who has stepped down from his executive and board positions. Goenka’s five-year executive term will formally commence on November 14, 2026, following the conclusion of Dr. Venkatesh’s tenure on November 13, 2026.
