MUMBAI — Beauty and cosmetics major L’Oréal India has fortified its corporate affairs division by appointing Aditi Krishnan as its new Head of External Communications.
In her new capacity, Krishnan will be responsible for steering L’Oréal India’s external communication strategies, deepening stakeholder engagement, and elevating the corporate reputation of the global beauty giant across the Indian market. She will directly report to Anasuya Ray, Chief Corporate Officer at L’Oréal India.

Previous Stint: Prior to this appointment, she served as the Senior Manager – Communications at AB InBev India, where she played a critical role in directing the brewery major’s brand narratives and corporate communications agenda.

Diverse Industry Background: Over a multi-decade career in corporate affairs, Krishnan has built a reputation for driving high-impact communication campaigns across a wide array of sectors, including Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), real estate, automotive, and financial services.

At L’Oréal India, Krishnan will leverage her extensive background in media relations, crisis management, impact storytelling, and public relations. Her immediate focus will center on managing the narrative surrounding L’Oréal’s corporate sustainability targets, brand equity, and consumer-facing innovations, ensuring a unified and progressive image for the company amid a highly competitive beauty and wellness landscape in India.
