Non-banking financial firm Magnanimous Trade & Finance Limited has expanded its board leadership with the appointment of Rushi Arvindbhai Savliya as an Additional Director.
According to a company filing, Savliya joins the board in the capacity of a Non-Executive Independent Director, effective immediately, bringing additional independent oversight to the company’s corporate governance framework.
