NEW DELHI — Senior bureaucrat Manisha Sensarma, a 1995-batch Indian Economic Service (IES) officer, has been elevated to the rank of Additional Secretary in the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship.
The elevation was effected through the temporary upgradation of a Deputy Secretary/Director-level post within the ministry to the level of Additional Secretary.
