MUMBAI — Industrial engineering major Batliboi Limited has appointed senior industry executive Shankaran Rajaram Vignesh as an Additional Director in the capacity of a Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term.
With over 20 years of experience across the industrial manufacturing landscape, Vignesh brings deep operational and strategic expertise to the board. He previously held key leadership roles at Stanley Black & Decker, serving as Managing Director for Stanley Engineered Fastening India.
