JAIPUR — The Board of Directors of Mayur Leather Products Limited has recommended the appointment of Mahesh Bhatter as a Non-Executive Independent Director.
According to regulatory disclosures, the appointment is proposed for a term of five consecutive years, with effect from October 1, 2026 to September 30, 2031.
