SAN FRANCISCO / NEW DELHI — Social media and technology giant Meta has appointed former MongoDB Chief Executive Officer Chirantan “CJ” Desai as Chief Enterprise Platform Officer, a newly established executive position aimed at expanding the company’s enterprise and developer AI footprint.
Desai will report directly to Meta Founder and Chief Executive Officer Mark Zuckerberg. In his new role, he will head a newly formed business unit dedicated to translating Meta’s core artificial intelligence research and platforms into commercial tools and products for developers and enterprise clients.
