NEW DELHI — In a strategic administrative addition to the defense manufacturing sector, senior Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer Prakash Rajpurohit has been appointed as a Government Director on the Board of Directors of Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL).
The official appointment introduces senior civil service oversight to the board of the key Defence Public Sector Undertaking (DPSU), which operates under the Ministry of Defence.
