MUMBAI — Premium apparel manufacturer Monte Carlo Fashions Limited has announced a major board-level reaffirmation, approving the re-appointment of Jawahar Lal Oswal as Chairman & Managing Director (CMD), effective August 10, 2026.
As part of the comprehensive corporate update, the board also extended the tenures of Executive Directors Ms. Ruchika Oswal and Ms. Monica Oswal starting August 10, 2026, while re-appointing Independent Directors Manikant Prasad Singh and Parvinder Singh Pruthi with effect from February 1, 2027.
