MUMBAI — The Board of Directors of Procter & Gamble Health Limited has approved the re-appointment of senior financial professional Subramanian Madhavan as an Independent Director.
The five-year term takes effect on November 15, 2026, and extends through November 14, 2031, subject to shareholder confirmation.
